Joe Lynch

CEO Clann Mor Residential & Respite Centre 

Joe Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of Clann Mór, an HSE-funded charity delivering residential and respite services for people with intellectual disabilities in County Meath. With considerable leadership experience in the community and voluntary sector, he previously served as CEO of Sunbeam House Services and Parkinson’s Association of Ireland, and as COO of Camphill Communities of Ireland. Joe held roles in advocacy organisations and earlier began his career in the Irish Defence Forces.

Ina

Ina McCrumlish

A graduate of the University of Wales and Dublin City University, Ina holds a first-class honours master’s degree in the Management of Education.  Specialising in change management, Ina is a strategic creator and implementor of award-winning and award-nominated programmes of change. Ina has an extensive career in project management and freelance organisational consulting spanning both the community, educational and corporate sector.    Also, a gemology graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, Ina is a GIA accredited diamond grader who enjoys bringing bespoke jewellery concepts from inception to completion

Dominic

Dominic McLarnon

Dominic McLarnon is an experienced research engineer, start-up founder/developer and research programme facilitator/manager with strong sectoral experience in the renewables and energy industry. Dominic is Manager of CREDIT Technology Gateway @DkIT which is a Wind & Distributed Energy, Zero Carbon & Energy Optimisation and Energy Integration research group that applies emerging technologies, expertise and specialist knowledge across the energy and renewables sector to help innovative businesses and companies succeed in the introduction of new and improved processes, products and services.

Roslyn O Shaughnessy

Roslyn O’Shaughnessy

Roslyn O’Shaughnessy is an accomplished HR Director with over 20 years’ experience driving strategic people initiatives across diverse, fast-paced business environments. A commercially focused and results-driven leader, she specialises in translating organisational strategy into practical, impactful HR solutions that enhance performance, culture, and long-term talent sustainability.

Roslyn brings deep expertise across strategic HR management, organisational design, learning and development and cultural transformation.  She has a strong track record in leading organisational change, championing inclusion as a driver of competitive advantage, and enabling professional talent to thrive.   Roslyn also successfully led her own HR consultancy, across working a wide range of sectors. 

As a judge for business chamber awards, she brings a rigorous, strategic, and people-centred lens to evaluating organisational success. A former member of the Chamber Board and living locally for over 20 years, Roslyn is delighted to work with entrants this year and ambitious for Drogheda to reach its potential

Fionnuala Rodgers

Fionnuala Rodgers

Fionnuala is the Programme Manager for the Drogheda Digital Hub, set to launch in December 2024 on Narrow West Street, Drogheda. As part of this initiative, she oversees the Boyne Innovate program, designed to support individuals in the Drogheda region with innovative ideas in the IT and technology sector. This program provides comprehensive training and support to help participants fully realise the potential of their ideas.

Fionnuala holds a First Class Honours degree in Marketing and Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. With over twenty years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator for entrepreneurs, she brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in fostering innovation and business growth.

Kevin McAllister

Kevin McAllister 

Kevin McAllister is a 2nd generation independent retailer.   Worked and managed his family business for over 45 years.

Has  wide  experience in all aspects of retailing, from front facing customer service to purchasing and managing staff . A recent winner of the Northeast Business Awards  for Outstanding Achievement in Business.

Kevin also serves on a number of Boards , Highlanes Gallery and Drogheda Cultural Services. He also studied history of art in trinity college and has a very keen interest in the arts.

 

 

Orla

Órla Morrissey

Órla Morrissey is Deputy Principal at Drogheda Institute of Further Education. Before transitioning to the education sector, she successfully established and co-owned a thriving hospitality business in the South East. Órla brings a strong industry-focused perspective to her role and is particularly passionate about building partnerships with employers to help them access funded opportunities for staff upskilling and professional development.

Laura Durrigan

Laura, an accomplished Area Sales & Portfolio Manager at First Citizen Finance, brings over 15 years of expertise in the financial services industry. Specialising in negotiation, sales, financial risk, and business relationship management, Laura has a proven track record of delivering tailored asset financial solutions across various sectors, including automotive, agriculture, and supports all types of SME’s.

Laura holds a BA from NUI Maynooth and is a qualified financial advisor. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to any business she partners with. She is honoured to serve as a judge for the Northeast Business Awards 2024

 

 

Brona Grogan

Brona Grogan

Brona Grogan is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and leadership spanning hands-on executive organisational practice through to board-level strategy across the UK and Ireland.

Currently Senior Director of Managed Payroll Services UK&I at IRIS Software Group, Brona oversees managed payroll services across the UK and Ireland, aligning corporate strategy with business objectives to deliver superior client and colleague outcomes. Her work centres on value creation, operational excellence, customer engagement, and building high-performing teams.

Alongside her corporate role, Brona is the founder of GRO Consulting, where she empowers individuals and organisations to optimise performance through tailored coaching and mentoring solutions. Accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach by the EMCC, she brings a genuine commitment to transformative growth through leadership, organisational development, and customer-centric strategy.

Brona also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the North Leinster Citizens Information Service board and holds an MBS in Business Practice (Executive Coaching, Leadership and Organisational Development and Transformation) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance.

She is passionate about recognising the professionals and organisations pushing their respective industries forward and is delighted to bring her experience to this year’s judging panel.
